The August 1944 Frederick Post Price List listed four slide rules:

Someone, whose name I forget, sent me jpg's of the cover and of the slide rule page of this document. I lost those jpgs but paper prints of them remain.  The prints are legible but scans of them aren't.

I am embarassed by my sloppy record keeping.
